Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please note that images of products shown are provided for illustration purposes only and the item you will receive will have the functionaility as described but may differ in appearance to the image(s) shown on the website. This is because the manufacturer may occasionally change the appearance of the item without notice or because we may source the product with the same functionality from an alternative manufacturer. All of the products that we sell are sourced from major manufacturers.

We accept most major debit, credit and charge cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Electron, Switch / Maestro and Solo. If you are shopping from outside of the U.K., then your card company will convert the GBP amount to the currency of your own currency at the applicable rate e.g. Euro or US Dollars, etc. This may be affected by the daily fluctuation of the foreign exchange rate. Any price we may show on our web site from time to time in a currency other than GBP Sterling should be treated as a general guide line to give you rough idea and must not be assumed to be accurate.

We use WorldPay and PayPal to take the necessary payment authorisation. If you select to pay using PayPal you will be transferred to the PayPal payment area after you complete the CHECKOUT. WorldPay and PayPal are independent payment service providers which provides a secure and safe payment authorisation service. Your card details are encrypted using their secure encryption software. If you are not sure of WorldPay or PayPal or want to send the payment to our account directly, then send us an e-mail with your request or telephone us with your details. We dispatch your order only after the payment is received.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We package all items carefully in an attempt to eliminate any chance of damage during delivery. All the items dispatched are insured for additional peace of mind, therefore it is important that you should check before you sign the delivery note when you receive the goods from the delivery company. If you notice any damage to the package, then you should note on the delivery company's copy of the paperwork that the package was damaged and contact us immediately.
Delivery Schedule utilise various delivery companies. We monitor these companies closely to ensure that our service stays efficient and our rates remain competitive. Normally we use the next day delivery service and the delivery is made only during the weekdays (Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays). In case there is a special request from a customer, we can deliver on Saturdays with an additional cost. We normally endeavour to send your order to you within 2 to 3 business days from the date of order. International orders are generally delivered in under ten working days depending on the delivery method and stock availability. The following courier companies currently work with us: the U.K. Royal Mail, Parcel Force, CityLink, TNT, ACI Express, etc.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. In this case we will always inform you by way of e-mail or by telephone so that you can know what is happening. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Most items are in stock and we try to update the stock availability in the relevant product description page in case a certain item is not in stock.
Tax Charges Please note 20% VAT is added to all orders.
Credit Card Security When you complete the Checkout you are transferred to the PayPal payment area. PayPal is an independent payment service provider who supplies a secure payment authorisation service. All your credit card details are encrypted using their encryption system for the payment authorisation purpose only, and will not be stored anywhere. You can see the SSL logo appearing in the bottom right hand side of your PC screen when you are in the PayPal payment area. If you are not sure of PayPal and you would prefer to remit the payment to our bank account directly, or send us a cheque, then you can contact us by sending an e-mail or by telephoning us.

We will send you the goods as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Privacy Policy do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or wish to cancel your order, you can return it to us in its original, unused, saleable condition complete with all original (still sealed and unopened) packaging and instructions within 28 days of the order date and we'll issue you with a full refund, including our original packing and delivery charge.

Please note that the cost of postage and packaging for returning an item to us due to the above is at the Customer's expense.

If the goods are being returned due to a fault or as a result of an error made by us, once inspected and tested if relevant we will also consider a refund of the Customer's reasonable return packaging and postage cost.

To be eligible for a refund, any return must be authorised and a Returns Authorisation Number issued by us prior to the return of the goods.

The returning goods should contain all accessories and original packaging and should be in new, unused and re-saleable condition. If the goods have been used or are not in a re-saleable condition and are not returned due to a fault, then the refund may be rejected or a re-stocking fee will be applicable.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any returned goods reach us and we recommend that an insured service with delivery confirmation is used. No refund will be issued until we have received the product being returned.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations which can be found at 2006-2018
